Adults, the elderly and children over 12 years: Four to five drops in each nostril Children 6-12 years: Two drops in each nostril. Use night and morning and every 4 hours as necessary up to 7 days

Caution: Not to be used by children under 6 years, except on medical advice. Prolonged use of decongestant nasal spray and drops may aggravate nasal congestion
