At ultralifeshop.co.uk, all deliveries are made only through Royal Mail. For mainland UK, two delivery options are offered. So it is recommended that you read the details given below to understand the difference in the services offered.

Standard Service - £2.95. By choosing this service, you agree that we will send your parcel through the Royal Mail recorded delivery service. You also make sure that this service is untraceable at any stage of the delivery process. Once the parcel is dispatched from our store, this service does not provide any tracking or progress information. We do not provide a tracking number but this is only used for proof of signature. In case a parcel goes missing, you agree to wait for 14 days from the day the goods were shipped out before we can make any insurance claim with the Royal Mail.

Tracked Service - £4.00. Tacked Service of delivery is fully tracked and provides you with full progress from the time your goods are dispatched from the store. By choosing this service, you agree that we send your parcel through either Royal Mail.  You also have the benefit of a re-attempted delivery where the Royal Mail service will retry to deliver the parcel if they were not successful in delivering it in the first attempt. 

For your piece of mind and safe deliver y of products that are high in value, it is recommended that you select the Tracked Service for order.

The above rates are the total cost of delivery of the products, regardless of how many items you order from our store.  At ultralifeshop.co.uk, most items are dispatched either on the same working day as your order, or the subsequent working day.  

Mainland UK

At ultralifeshop.co.uk, delivery of parcels to Mainland UK addresses are charged at a standard rate of £2.95 for recorded delivery and £4.00 for the tracked service. 

Northern Ireland and certain postcodes within the Scottish highlands (IV, KW, ZE, HS, KA27-28, PH19 - 44, 49-50, PA20 - 88) are charged at £3.95. 

We offer free delivery on all UK Mainland orders over £40 in value.

Our standard delivery option includes packaging, handling and Royal Mail delivery postal costs.
For orders that weigh 25kg or more (and for every subsequent 25kgs), there is an additional handling charge of £4.00 per 25kg. All other delivery conditions apply as above.

NHS Prescriptions

All NHS prescription orders are delivered free of charge to any address in the UK. Registered post is used for prescription orders.  We aim to dispatch prescription orders on the same working same day as we receive your physical prescription.  Our free-post address to post your prescription is:

Parcels to Mainland Europe are charged at £25. Multiple addresses are charged individually.

Please note that some European islands and remote areas may be charged at our worldwide delivery rate. Before ordering from remote islands, contact us on +44 0845 226 1822 or write to us on customerservice@ultrapharmacy.co.uk

It is also important to note that the VAT charges are automatically calculated at the checkout for deliveries outside the UK.


Deliveries to all other destinations are charged at £60.

For deliveries outside of the UK, the VAT charges are automatically calculated at the checkout.

We pack our products in branded envelopes. Those plastic envelopes cannot be opened without damaging them. If you feel that the envelopes you received are damaged, please write to us on customerservice@ultrapharmacy.co.uk. Please do mention your order reference number in the email body so that we can investigate the matter with the Royal Mail and respond to you.

http://ultrapharmacy.co.uk informs you that writing your correct address is your responsibility when ordering. Any expense incurred in rectifying your mistake will be charged to you or your account.

In case your ordered items are not available at stock, we retain the right to remove the item(s) from your order. Delivery dates are approximate and not guaranteed (please see our Delivery page for UK and overseas’ delivery charges.)
