How to use Canesten 1% Cream:

Wash your hand before and after applying the cream. Apply the cream thinly to affected areas 2 or 3 times a day and rub in gently. Generally a minimum of 2 weeks treatment is necessary for thrush although up to 4 weeks maybe necessary for other conditions.

Always keep medicines out of sight and reach of children. Only take medicines as advised on the product packaging. Do not exceed the stated dose. Canesten 1% Cream contains:

Clotrimazole 500mg (1% w/w). It also contains benzyl alcohol, polysorbate 60, sorbitan stearate, cetyl palmitate, cetostearyl alcohol, octydodecanol and purified water.
