Lemsip Max Cold & Flu Blackcurrant contains a combination of ingredients which are effective in relieving the symptoms associated with colds and flu, including relief of aches and pains, sore throat, headache, nasal congestion and lowering of temperature. Paracetamol is a well-known painkiller (analgesic). It is effective against aches and pains, including a headache, and can also reduce a fever (antipyretic). Phenylephrine hydrochloride (nasal decongestant) reduces swelling in the passages of the nose, relieving nasal congestion and reducing the pressure which may cause a headache. It is important to drink plenty of fluids when suffering from colds and flu.

Size	5 Sachet

Over 12 years: Contents of one sachet dissolved, by stirring, in hot water and sweetened to taste. The dose may be repeated in 4-6 hours. Maximum 4 doses in 24 hours.
Under 12 years: Not to be given without medical advice.

Do not take if you are allergic to any of the ingredients, if you have heart disease, high blood pressure, or an overactive thyroid, if you have had a peptic ulcer, or if you are taking or have taken MAOIs (antidepressants) within 14 days. Consult your doctor or pharmacist before taking if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, or have any concerns.

Active ingredients: Paracetamol (1000 mg) and Phenylephrine Hydrochloride (12.2 mg).
Other ingredients: Sodium Citrate, Citric Acid Anhydrous, Curcumin, Blackcurrant Flavour, Aspartame, Saccharin Sodium, Pulverised Sucrose, Caster Sugar, Ascorbic Acid and Enocyanin.
